Kuwait (Ina) .- Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al - Ahmad Al - Jaber Al - Sabah received atBayan Palace today President Emomali Rakhmonov of the Republic of Tajikistan , who arrived in Kuwait on Sunday on an official visit. The
reception was attended by the Crown Prince of Kuwait Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al -Sabah and Prime Minister and Acting Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Al - Khalid Al- Sabah and the accompanying President Tajik delegation. the
two sides stressed that the continuous exchange of visits and dialogues at the highest levels is an important factor in promoting a multi - faceted relations between the two countries.
According to Agence Tajik (Khaor) explained Deputy Minister of Amiri Diwan Sheikh Ali Jarrah Al - Sabah the talks dealt with bilateral relations between the two friendly countries and ways of enhancing development in various fields and expand cooperation between theState of Kuwait and the Republic of Tajikistan to serve the common interests frameworks. the
two sides witnessed the signing of six cooperation documents between the two countries and which protocol on consultations between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State ofKuwait ceremony Foreign Tajik Ministry, the agreement on cooperation in the security field, and the memorandum of understanding on cooperation in the field of higher education andscientific research, and an agreement on communications, and a memorandum ofunderstanding on cooperation in the agricultural sector, and a memorandum ofunderstanding for cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Kuwait Fund for Arab economic development.
