Kuwait (Ina) - handed the Yemeni government delegation to Kuwait consultations, the UN envoy to Yemen, Ismail Ould Cheikh Ahmed, the preliminary lists of names and data abducted and political prisoners, journalists and human rights activists.
This came during the meeting held on Sunday (May 29, 2016) committee of prisoners and detainees and placed under house arrest and arbitrarily detained, under the supervision of the United Nations, according to the official Yemeni news.
She said the number of names provided in the lists reached in 2630 a name among thedetainees and prisoners.
She noted that the UN envoy to Yemen will study the data and show its recommendations for the best ways to move forward this file.
