TRIPOLI (Ina) - The UN envoy to Libya , Martin Kobler said the new Libyan army will represent all segments of society, stressing in a press conference in the capital Tripoli that the new army will represent all of society , whether in the east or the west or the south.
He called Kubler Libyans to "unity in fight Daash, under the leadership of Prime Minister Fayez OS reconciliation , "adding that the regular units will raise her arms embargo, the United Nations will support it.
