UN envoy: Yemen atmosphere of peace consultations to establish a solid ground to resolve Tvahma



Kuwait (Ina) - described the UN envoy to Yemen , Ismail Ould Cheikh Ahmed atmosphere of the talks of the Yemeni peace consultations which took place on Saturday between Yemeni parties meeting as "positive and constructive and encouraging , and establish a solid ground to resolve Tvahma" to thecrisis in Yemen. 
He said the UN envoy, in a press conference following the joint talks between the Yemeni parties session, my delegation Houthis and the ousted president Abdullah Saleh handed over today acomprehensive paper containing the perceptions of the features of the next phase and the presentation of a proposed special to withdraw and hand over weapons as well as the issue of prisoners and detainees and political affairs. 
He added that the Yemeni government delegation has also today the completion of view other aspects of the general framework proposed by the United Nations on restructuring work for the next phase components, and touched on the restoration of state institutions, and the resumption of the political process, as well as the approach on the issue of prisoners and detainees. 
Ould Cheikh Ahmed confirmed that the two delegations ahead and Rguetehma offers a comprehensive through to explain the plenary session key elements of both of the two papers which contained full compliance with the relevant international resolutions, particularly resolution 2216 and the Gulf initiative and mechanisms of the executive and the outputs of the comprehensive national dialogue.
