Libyan authorities want to establish a joint command against al Daash



TRIPOLI (Ina) - Presidential Council to the authorities of the National Accord Libyan Thursday announced (April 28, 2016) near the formation of a joint military command to fight al Daash, calling on all armed groups to await his instructions before launching any attack. 
In a statement , "The Presidential Council and in his capacity as Supreme Commander ( armed forces) calls on all the Libyan military forces to wait for instructions Supreme commander of the formation of ajoint command for operations in the city of Sirte , "located some 450 kilometers east of the capital Tripoli. 
and includes the presidential Council head of government of national reconciliation and deputy prime minister and ministers of state. 
he said UN envoy to Libya Martin Kubler in the tweet , "pay tribute to the Libyan presidential Council initiative to form a joint military command for operations against Daash in Sirte." 
the presidential Council, according to Agence France - Presse, for fears that operations against al Daash turn in Sirte "to a confrontation between the military powers has been the country to a civil war, be the first beneficiary of the terrorist organization Daash. " 
The Western powers hope that allows installation of the authority of the Libyan accord government toprevent extremist organization to make Libya a new background for its operations base.
