Holland: Djibouti is a key partner for France



Djibouti (Ina) - French President Francois Hollande said that Djibouti is a key partner for France, stressing the historical close ties between the two countries. 
According to a statement from the presidency of Djibouti
 , on Sunday (April 24, 2016),  Holland congratulated the Djiboutian President Ismail Omar Guelleh following his victory in the presidential elections that took place on the eighth of April, expressing his wishes to enable the new mandate thepeople of Djibouti to achieve the desired economic development. 
Holland said, in a telegram addressed to Ismail Omar Guelleh, Djibouti , located downtown area suffer from chaos and unrest the head of the Horn of Africa , overlooking the Gulf of Aden and the Strait of Bab el Mandeb and the Red Sea , a key partner for France. it is
