Turkey's parliament approved a draft law and the new work of foreigners in Turkey



 Istanbul (Ina) - Turkey 's parliament approved the first section of the draft on Aliens Labour Act, which includes 27 items and prohibits citizens from other countries to work in Turkey illegally, and to achieve a balance between domestic and foreign labor, and take advantage of foreign labor qualifying. 
It includes the first section of the bill form and the Ministry of Labour and the Turkish social security a special system for receiving foreign labor demands and evaluate and examine their impact on the country, where foreigners will be able to submit their applications to work with Turkey directly to the ministry or embassies and the Turkish consulates. 
with regard to foreigners who will come forward to work in the sectors of health and education in Turkey, it would require permission initially granted by the ministries of health and education by making some preliminary tests. 
gives the first door facilities for foreigners with Turkish origin, and the citizens of theRepublic of North Cyprus Turkish and EU citizens, as well as foreigners from high caliber coming to Turkey for scientific purposes and cultural, artistic and sports. 
will provide the Ministry of Labour for foreigners "turquoise card" which gives the holder theright to temporary residence for three years with their families and later permanent residence, and relies on a special evaluation of scientific qualifications, experience and thesize of the investment business system, while will not be granted the card for people who are in Turkey , according to the law "temporary protection" or "asylum". This 
allows the first section of the draft law , the right to work for foreign students studying in Turkish universities, according to specific criteria. 
as foreigners working in Turkey punishable without official permission from the Ministry ofLabour and social security, of two thousand and 400 fined TL pounds (about US $ 800), while the employer is punishable by a fine of six thousand Turkish liras (about US $ thousand).
