Aboul Gheit: We attach the utmost importance to the maintenance of Arab national security and counter-terrorism

Nouakchott (Ina) - Secretary General of the Arab League , Ahmed Aboul Gheit warned of thegrowing phenomenon of terrorism and its threat to the stability of the Arab countries, stressing that the Arab national security maintenance and counter - terrorism is of paramount importance to the protection of the national state of the dangers that threaten it , and to preserve the gains of the wealth and destiny of the Arab nation and lay security, peace and stability , which is aprerequisite for further economic and social progress. 
Aboul Gheit called, in his speech to the opening of the Arab foreign ministers meeting that began today in the capital Nouakchott in preparation for the regular session of the Arab summit on Monday, for concerted efforts to root out terrorism from its roots and defeat his ideas and ideology devastated. 
He called Secretary - General of the need to adopt a comprehensive Arab vision that takes into account all relevant economic, cultural and religious policy - relevant dimensions that occupies spent youth and their aspirations and their participation in public life forefront of this vision. 
He stressed Aboul Gheit in his speech that the achievement of security and stability in Middle East depends on the solution of the Palestinian issue in accordance with UN Security Council resolutions and the terms of reference agreed to the peace process, especially the Arab peace initiative and to adhere to the provisions which, according to Ogarith the Beirut summit in 2002. 
He stressed that the Palestinian issue will remain central to the Arab nation issue and occupies thehighest priority in the the agenda of the joint Arab action, whatever the challenges and threats faced by countries in the region, and will remain Israel 's occupation of Palestinian territory and the occupied Arab territories represents a major threat to Arab national security. 
He cautioned Abul Gheit that the existing peace process tracks proved its inability to find asolution to the Palestinian issue and end the conflict Arab - Israeli, recalling in this context theArab Ministerial decision in November 2012 on the review of the international methodology in dealing with the Palestinian issue and the need to find new pillars of the peace process in theframework of the agreed terms of reference Arab and international levels to ensure the two -state solution and the establishment of an independent Palestinian state on the 1967 borders and its capital East Jerusalem, and expressed the hope that recent Egyptian efforts to contribute tothe open road in front of the current stalemate, pointing at the same time that the French initiative may represent an opportunity to correct the path and end the occupation. 
Aboul Gheit called for rapid movements to find political solutions to the crisis in Syria, Libya, Iraq and Yemen in order to restore security and stability to these countries in accordance with the decisions taken by the University Council and international references that.
