3. the Conference emphasized the centrality of the question of Palestine and Jerusalem for the nation Islamic. He also stressed his support initial right of the Palestinian people to regain their national rights inalienable rights , including the right to self - determination and the establishment of a sovereign Palestinian territories occupied since June 1967 of anindependent Palestinian State, with Al - Quds Al - Sharif. He also stressed the right of Palestinian refugees to return to their homes under international law and Resolution 194 (III) adopted by the United Nations General Assembly on December 11 , 1948. 
4. 5. The Conference commended the efforts of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, chairman of Al- Quds Committee, to protect the Islamic and Christian holy sites in Jerusalem and stand in the face of measures taken by the Israeli occupation authorities aimed at the Judaization of the holy city; also valued the role of the agency Beit Mal Al - Quds Al - Sharif, emanating from the Al- Quds Committee through the completion of projects and development activities for thebenefit of residents of the holy city and support their steadfastness, and called on Member States to increase allocated to the Agency for support so that it can continue its work. 
6. the conference also stressed the need to continue the Ministerial Contact Group on Jerusalem as a team, headed by the Kingdom of Morocco , which heads the Sovereign of the Jerusalem Committee, efforts and moves carried out in order to communicate with influential international parties in order Report of Islamic cooperation and demands Organization concerning the city of Jerusalem as a message; and reaffirmed the adoption of the strategic plan for thedevelopment of vital sectors in Jerusalem, and called on all Member States to provide the necessary financial resources to implement this plan. 
7. praised the efforts made ​​by His Majesty King Abdullah II Bin Al - Hussein (King of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan) in the defense of Jerusalem and its holy sites in the care and custody of the Hashemite historical Islamic and Christian holy places in Jerusalem framework, also praised Jordan 's role for a halt to all Israeli attacks and violations of the holy places, especially the Al - Aqsa mosque blessed / Haram al - Sharif, as well as stop the Israeli attempts to change thecharacter and identity of the holy city, and each new rejection of Israeli attempts to undermine the care and custody of the Hashemite. And welcomed the agreement important position between His Majesty King Abdullah II Bin Al - Hussein (King of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan) , the guardian of the holy places in Jerusalem and President Mahmoud Abbas (President of the State of Palestine) in Amman on 31/03/2013, which came confirmation of the care and custody of the Hashemite historical the holy places in Jerusalem, and in order to defend Al - Aqsa mosque / Temple Mount, sanctuaries and legally protected in every way possible. 
8. the Conference commended the Republic of Indonesia for hosting the fifth extraordinary Islamic Summit Conference on Palestine in Jakarta on 6 and March 7, 2016, and reiterated his support for the struggle of the people Palestinians in order to establish the independent state with its capital in Palestine Al Quds Al Sharif as reflected by the adoption offinal documents of the summit , which is Viaalan Jakarta and the decision of the OIC. 
9. The Conference expressed its gratitude to the Republic of Senegal for its hard work for the benefit of the Palestinian cause, and Oarbmojadda support for all that its work in the framework of its presidency of the United Nations Committee on the Exercise of the Palestinian people of their inalienable rights to act. 
10. the Conference welcomed the accession of Turkey to the membership of the Jerusalem committee of theOrganization of Islamic cooperation.
