This is with reference to the report “Bomb blast hits Lahore city; 65 dead, hundreds injured” (March 28). What did the Pakistani Taliban achieve from this heinous act?
The poor victims had done nothing wrong to deserve such a tragic end. The Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) is a bunch of merciless psychopaths who use the name of Islam to promote their selfish agendas. We, Pakistanis, condemn such violent actions.
I am sure our security forces will soon hunt down perpetrators of this crime and justice will soon be served. It is important that Pakistanis belonging to all faiths stand together against these unscrupulous elements who are hell bent on destroying our country.
Our heart goes out for all our Christian brothers and sisters who lost their loved ones in this dastardly attack. We offer our condolences to family members of all the victims of the Lahore attack.
