David Cameron: hard military force required to defeat Isis and Assad

Speaking during Wednesday’s prime minister’s questions, David Cameron says the government must be prepared for the UK to engage in the use of ‘hard military force’ in in Syria. Cameron says the defeat of Bashar al-Assad and Isis in Syria would require further action as well as diplomacy and spending money. He also emphasised that the UK had a part in a larger ‘international alliance’ which was dedicated to destroying Isis and the Assad regime
