US steps to prevent North Korea from the international financial system Asthaddam



WASHINGTON (Ina) - The United States has taken on Wednesday (June 1, 2016), steps to prevent North Korea from using the international financial system to be considered officially "a global concern with regard to money laundering." 
Such steps to prevent direct and indirect North Korean financial activities with the US banking system, to ensure the cessation of any transactions related to the huge sums of money to the US dollar from passing the US financial system. 
the move comes after the UN Security Council issued a resolution calling on all Member States of theUnited Nations to cut banking ties with Pyongyang. 
the Associated Press quoted French for Adam Ssbon secretary and Secretary of the Treasury for terrorism and financial intelligence behalf that " the United States and the UN Security Council and our partners around the world are alert about a major threat that posed by North Korea on the global financial system." 
He stressed that " the actions that have been taken today is a step forward towards cut banking ties with North Korea, and we expect to do all governments and financial authorities the same thing inimplementation of the new resolution of the Security Council. "
