Study: Nuts walnuts reduce the risk of colon cancer

researchers conducted their study on a group of mice, and found that the mice that consumed about 7 to 10 percent of the measured portions daily through the nut intake, declined to have tumors cancer rates colon by 10.5 percent more than mice that did not address the nut. the 
researchers noted that this amount is covered by the rat equivalent to the amount of ounces or about 28 grams of walnuts covered in human daily for the prevention of colon cancer.
