Arab League: questioning on human rights campaigns affect the Arab national security



Cairo (Ina) The Arab League warned the exposure of the Arab states to cast doubt on human rights would be detrimental to these countries and lead to a breach of the peace and national security , and thus affect the Arab national security. 
He called the Assistant Secretary - General President of the Arab national security sector of the Arab League Ambassador Khalil Al Thawadi in his speech today , "Thursday" in front of the opening session of the Conference of the "Arab human rights mechanisms and Arab national security", organized by the Arab parliament and the federal Arab human rights at the headquarters of the Arab League, to the need to address the smear campaigns and skepticism about the human rights situation in the Arab countries through in- depth studies and statistics and figures and evidence irrefutable on efforts from various quarters in individually and collectively Arab countries and through joint Arab action to ensure human rights. 
He explained that the most important elements of Arab national security, stability and cooperation between the Member States of the League of Arab States in various matters affecting the being of this nation, stressing at the same time the need for integrated coordination among Member States the university in international forums , especially when discussing the State reports that these conferences preceded by coordination and cooperation in sufficient time so that circulation of information, verification and action maybe necessary communications. 
He called Thawadi for concerted efforts by associations and institutions government in theArab States and the aim of access to fixed positions on the human rights situation, stressing the role of Arab parliaments either through the international Federation of the parliament or the AFC or the African Union, especially belonging to the Union of Arab States, stressing that it touches any Arab country, affecting all Arab countries , without exception.

He noted that the Arab League cooperate at the international level with many international agencies in the field of human rights and the UN High Commissioner for refugees ( UNHCR )and the United Nations Development Programme and the European Union, pointing out that this cooperation takes many forms , including seminars and workshops in order to build government agencies , national institutions and non - governmental organizations working in the field of human rights capabilities. 
He called Thawadi to the need activating the regional human rights mechanisms to enhance the Arab national security , which has become today 's necessity and inevitability of more than before, pointing out that the concern for human rights began to evolve through thenational Committees on human Rights, stressing the need to provide legislative expertise oflegal, intellectual and cultural importance of trust and respect for reports annual and periodical issued by the national committees that provide financial, technical and substantive support and responsiveness and interaction with various parties in the state ,while recognizing the importance of the existence of associations of civil society in our societies , Gulf, Arab and need these associations to support and the ability to move at theregional and international level. 
he noted Thawadi estimated the efforts of the States Arabic to teach human rights in secondary schools, calling on Arab universities and private law schools and law to create aspecialization in the field of human rights. 
He called on religious platforms through speeches and homilies to the human rights statement stipulated by the Koran and the Sunnah through the texts and the biography of theHoly Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him and his companions pure and showing interest in the rights of the individual and the group in the Islamic faith glue.
