Makkah (IINA) – Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has allocated a toll-free number (8004304444) for communication with Hajj and Umrah pilgrims and receiving their inquiries and observations from within the Kingdom and abroad.
The ministry pointed out that the allocation of center, which operates around the clock, is designed to receive calls free of charge from Hajj and Umrah pilgrims as well as visitors of the Two Holy Mosques, from within and outside the Kingdom.
To receive their inquiries, complaints and observations, as a step for improvement, through which the ministry seeks to achieve and assess the satisfaction of beneficiaries with the services provided by the agencies and sectors operating under its supervision. The ministry stated that all the incoming suggestions and complaints will be the focus of its attention.
