Turkey's parliament approved a draft law for international judicial cooperation in connection with criminal cases



ISTANBUL (Ina) - Turkey 's parliament approved a draft judicial cooperation with foreign countries in connection with criminal cases Act, which includes the principles and how tomake this cooperation. 
The new law provides for the possibility of re - foreigners who have committed crimes in their countries, or convicted criminal cases, the authorities of the countries concerned wishing in the execution of the judgment against required. 
according to the Star newspaper of Turkey it will not be to use the information and documents received from foreign countries only for the purposes of investigation, prosecution and operating procedures , according to the new law , which prohibits the use of this information, and documents for other purposes, only after obtaining permission from the sending state. 
the newspaper pointed out that in the event the person expressed a desire to return to his country, it is according to the assets, and without the need to apply the country concerned in this regard , while the court will check the conditions of return if the person did not want todo, where they will consider the possibility of accepting Order returns. 
indicates the new law that if the Court has accepted a request repatriation implementation takes place after a request filed by the Minister of Justice and approved by the Prime Minister as the law states not to grant the request for repatriation if it comes to Turkish citizens, who are available around them sufficient evidence, proving that they would be atrisk in the country to re - tortured because of their nationality or religious or sectarian or ethnic affiliation.
