Emperor of Japan hints at his desire to abdicate



TOKYO (Ina) - The Emperor of Japan, Akihito, said he worried that his advanced age and his deteriorating health , threatening its ability to continue to perform his duties. 
Came the emperor 's remarks (82 years), which enjoys the reverence the Japanese, during atelevised speech was the second of its kind ever which is addressed to the masses. 
Although he did not use the word "give" in his speech, Akihito indicated strongly that he wants to hand over his duties to someone else.
