Stop the War protesters demonstrate in London on Saturday against David Cameron’s plans to hold a vote on whether to join the coalition against Isis in Syria. Lindsey German, the nation convenor for the Stop the War Coalition, says Syria is currently under bombardment from the two strongest military powers in the world, the US and Russia and that this has had little effect. She adds that the UK have been involved in bombing campaigns for the past 14 years and that anti-war sentiment is growing as a result
