Iran, Saudi Arabia bear the responsibility to prevent its citizens from Hajj

The statement pointed out that Saudi Arabia has responded to all Iranian demands, which is to issue visas electronically from inside Iran under the mechanism agreed upon with theSaudi Foreign Ministry, and equally transport pilgrims between the Saudi national carrier Iran 's national carrier, and to approve the request of the Iranian delegation to let them diplomatic representation through the Swiss embassy to take care of the interests ofHaggaghm. 
She stressed Saudi Arabia its categorical rejection of the politicization of the ritual pilgrimage or trading with religion, declaring permanent willingness to cooperate to serve the pilgrims and facilitate their arrival procedures.
